Classes are of a 1 hour duration, and are a perfect blend of personal training / group training tailered to your own goals and fitness levels. Nutrition advice is included to optimise your results.
A course goes for 4 weeks and includes:
Fitness test
Nutrition assessment and guidlines
Six weeks of training, 2 sessions per week.
We currently have 6pm tuesday and thursday available for your sessions.
